I am planning to order some IGF-1 LR3 tomorrow. I am just slightly confused about the mixing. I was reading to mix it with acetic acid. I get that. Then it says to mix with bac water before injection.

So I am wondering do i mix the bac water WITH the acetic acid in the same vial(this will lower the acetic acid concentration which seems kind of pointless)? Or do I get my IGF-1 dosage in the syringe, then i put the same syringe in to the bac water(the bac water will be contaminated) and pull out a few IU's? So how does this work?

Also i read you can use straight bac water if you use the IGF-1 quickly. What is quickly defined as? I am going to use 20mcg a day, which would last me 50 days.

quickly means a couple to few days, so bact and sterile water ruin / degrade the igf-1 lr3 fast! We use aa solution with ours which keeps the igf viable for very very long periods of time! So you won't need to or want to add anything to the igf you get from us, ours is ready to use as is!

Okay thanks, I didn't know this site had it's own line of IGF-1 LR3. I made my purchase else where, but on my second run, I'll purchase some from the site. Obviously I am a new member.

I have lost roughly 150lbs, then i got really sick and got down to around 193lbs loss. I lost a lot of LBM. I gained back the illness weight, so I am back at a 150lbs loss.

Right now, I still have a decent amount of BF to lose still. I am looking for something that will show some shape to my body right now and help a bit with fat loss as well. I am not looking for anything spectular just some noticeable progress. I purchased IGR-1 LR3, CJC-1295 and HGH frag.

I was planning on using LR3 + CJC-1925 for a cycle, but i got a bit concerned because i heard it raises blood pressure. I am sensitive to stuff like that, so I am thinking about holding off. Or I might just do it at an extremely low dosage 250mcg the first week just to see how i feel and go from there. After the IGF-1 LR3 cycle start the GH Frag. This is my plan.

Is there any feedback/recommendations based on my goals that you can offer?

MC igf is the best on the planet. Make sure your next order is from here. That's the best recommendation I can give you.
What is your height/weight now?

Yes i saw the reviews on the boards, it seems very good. I am 6'2" at 250lbs My heaviest was 400lbs. My LBM is around 170, so I am around 33% BF or so...

Up your protein, drop your carbs, and don't stop moving. Eat every 2 hours, from the time you wake up until you goto sleep. That should help kick up your metabolism a smidge. Keep doing whatever you did to lose 150lbs.

I am doing keto, carbs are low, protein moderate fat is high.Meal timing is irrelevant for fat loss. I know what you're thinking how frequent meals increase metabolic rate. Truth is, It doesn't matter. If you eat 10 meals of 2000 calories or 1 meal of 2000 calories it's still 2000 calories. Energy to digest the food is the same in both cases. Just in 1 meal a day it takes a lot of energy to digest, in the 10 meals it takes the same amount it's just more spread out and less energy to digest. But in the end, the results are the same.

I'm just saying from personal experience. I ate 2000 cal twice a day for months, and I've eaten 1000 cal 7 times a day for months, and I got more shredded on the 7000 cal. And gained lean muscle.

That's interesting, what was your diet like, what did you use to track your calories, and what type of scale did you use to weigh your food?
