I just started my second cycle with igf. Im doin 80 mcg Pre workout .My first time on arm day i would just pin bi's first week. Then the next week do my tris. I was wondering if i should split it up. Do 20 mcg in each of the four?
i pin whatever bodypart im training that day but i dont see anything wrong with splitting 80mcg in each bicep for a week if you can handle the pump. i wouldnt do 20mcg on 4 spots but try it and let us know
I do 80 mcg pre workout, on arm days i do 20 in each (4 injections total). I love the pump and can definitely make it through my workout a lot easier than 2 injections.
ya i'm not worried about making it through the workout. i did 30 mcg a couple times in each bi last cycle. i didn't mean do it for a full week ironjulius. like d12hazz said instead of doing 40 in each bi one week on arm day, then next week do 40 in my tri's just split it up 20 in bi's and tris. (4 injections total) sorry i didn't word it really correct.
