FOR THOSE OF YOU PREPPING FOR A SHOW FST-7 TRAINING CAN HELP YOU SHAPE THE MUSCLE AN MAKE THE MUSCLE HARDER.
FST-7 TRAINING INVOLVES DOING 7 SETS OF 10 TO 12 REPS AT THE END OF WORKOUT WITH 30 SEC REST IN BETWEEN SETS .PICK A ISOLATION EXERCISE OR MACHINE AN TRY THIS OUT IT REALLY SHAPES THE MUSCLE,BE SURE TO SQUEEZE THE MUSCLE FOR A SICK PUMP.NOW GO MAKE THAT MUSCLE GROW!!!!!
 
Thanks bro ,what fst-7 does is fill the muscle with blood then slowly let blood out for 30 sec hit next set which fills muscle with more blood which in turn stretches the fascia of muscle providing more room for growth
 
Ok, so basically go through my work out and at the end say if I'm doing legs, do any isolation excersise for 7 sets? 12 reps every set?
 
I'll try it. I've never done that before. think insulin before a work out would make the pumps to painful to finish?

I'm using 8 iu humolog before work out only no more.that's what I found I can handle with out going hypo On no carbs.

2 scoops of plasma blast
Last work set
7 sets exstenion bame!
