Ramy looks big, but if I remember correctly he still finished 7th at the last Mr. Olympia. I watched him win the Arnold Classic in Brazil on You-Tube. He was being interviewed by a reporter after the contest and he had his abs tightened up, yet he still showed some stomach protrusion.
