insulin use

I was reading last night that you are supposed to take 1 I.U. per 10 - 20 LBS of body weight. Does any one have a differant number? this will be my first insulin cycle. 6'3" 255#'s, about 18% BF. The goal is to get to aroun 10 - 12% BF by Sept. Running GH, tren, Test, clen, and cytomel.

never done it, but that's what I've heard. There is an article in the articles forrum about insulin. Go check that out for sure.
