I'm bored too. I miss my motorbike. Hope I have it back tomorrow.

Days on gear are strange. One day I feel great, next day I feel depressed as hell.

I hear ya. I'm great for awhile, have no patience sometimes, tired but then I look in the mirror and decide that it is all worth it.

It just changes everyday. If feel good, energetic and I find I look good in the mirror. Then next day, I feel as shit and don't look good in the mirror.

I stopped drinking coffee and using ECA's two weeks back. Maybe it's lethargy kickin in. I'm wondering how long it takes to go away and what I could do to make it faster.

I'm doing great! Had a cool front come in and it rocked when from 99 degrees to 81 degrees. Sometimes I wonder why I stay at a gym that doesnt have a/c.

other than spraining my F # C K I N G ankle today at work im fine.
dammit! really SuCKs I can't do much on crutches, and it sux more cuz im freaking on a cycle. limiting me on squats etc...

Now that sucks! I remember I ust to always get sprains back when i was on the summer basketball team. Don't you just feel helpless and angry?

I threw my back out doing heavy back sets on mon... couldn't walk or move for two days and constantly used codeine so i could sleep at least. Worse part is that i'm "on". I'm good to go now, but what a waste of a week! Since I was bulking i didn't stop eating either so got a little belly now.

funny thing is, i got back with my ex two weeks ago and she asked me if i was on juice (considering i was 155 last we dated and i'm 194 now).. i said no, i just quit drinking ate more and the gains came!!! she says i'm too big now.. lol, whatever!

Yes he is. Didn't you know the DEA is now handing out free information on AS. This fall they will also be holding a garage sale with confiscated gear.
