What do you guys think about mixing these two?

Do you think the IGF will help the HGH so you don't need as much?

What do you guys think?

I think they work great together! I know that HGH turns to IGF-1 in the liver, but still they work great together for whatever reason, Now if i had to choose just one or the other, IGF wins hands down, but yeah synergistically they are killer when combined,

That's it huh? I thought maybe someone would have tried this already and have some feedback. I have been researching it and when I asked a Dr friend he stated " I don't know why this was considered already by that BB world"

So after some research and consulting with some friends of mine taking IGF and HGH is not recommended. this will cause severe insulin sensitivity and HGH increases the natural IFG in the body. Therefore with HGH the IGF must be drastically reduced. So in retrospect taking IGF and HGH together is just like taking straight insulin, which is not recommended.

So I answered my own question.

Sorry I hadn't seen this Brother but I have been taking HGH and MC igf for over 4 months now. Doses 5 iu ed HGH 80 to 100mcg ed igf. I haven't experienced anything like that although I can tell when I WORK OUT I GET REALLY HUNGRY AND CRAVE SUGAR.

Thanks for the input. I did read its a long term effect and using both for more than a few weeks affects your body that it cant produce its own. Not to scare you but when you come off let us know how you feel.

At 5IU don't you have sides? That's a high HGH dose and if its legit you should have sides everyday

Fluid retention, the body temp is new havent heard of that one. I don't use HGh but get a lot of questions about it.
What is your primary goal with the HGH?

just wanted to give it a try first time using it I was told you can eat pretty much anything and still lean up I keep a decent diet anyway. I'm around 11% bf and I stay between that and 13%. Also was told it takes at least 6 mos to see decent results for the money right now I would say I won't be trying it again. IGF does great with less money and the joint pain and swelling is a pain also
