Im looking for a good diet & workout.My son is 15 5-10" weight in @330 He's one hell of a football player.We been getting it in the gym for about 3mon he drop from 345 to 330 now we jump back in forward 330-325 but seem to stay close to 330 but anyway he lifts 300 on bench where doing a lot of cardio machine speed agility drills& we took out alot of fast food sodas his food intake is grill everything like chicken turkey stake with alot of vegetables so im like why in fuck haven't he drop more our goal is to get @ 300
 
330 at 5"10" doesn't sound real healthy? What position does he play? What is his waist size?
Dude who said it was healthy but for a 15yr old to lift 300lbs is good if u can show me sum 1 his age grind on cardio & iron but we know he needs to drop thats why we asking how but he's a defense nose guard
 
Welcome bro and has he had his thyroid looked into? If you think he should be dropping more than he is then maybe that's worth a look , as for eating and diet, you could try carb cycling or have him eat more meals a day to help speed up his metabolism.

I would have him counting carbs, fats and protein , but most importantly counting fats per day. Keep him under 50grams daily, and train on empty stomach.

theres a ton of things you guys can try, at 15 he's likely going to start slimming down now through 18 years old if he's playing ball. Just be super strict with carbs, fats and protein intake

keep a journal and keep track of every meal and it's breakdown . High volume training will help to! Lots of reps medium weight
