Caulking gun filtration setup

I use a 60mL Terumo syringe with a 0.22um PVDF filter in a caulking gun to filter my homebrew.

The syringe will hold about 42mL so I filter about 30mL of oil and leave 12mL of airspace to compress and drive the filtration.

I made a jig to hold two caulking guns in a bench mounted vice to double my throughput.

No more sore hands!

See the photo.

lmao pretty ingenious i guess , not sure what the hell I'm looking at but seems to have that "McGyver" type look to it lmao

I've been in a bad mood for a couple of days now, this made my day haha!
Smart solution for filtering smaller batches.

I dig the double ventilated transfer station,Ingenuity at best...Stellar way to look outside the box, being innovative is the key to success.. Maybe I'll try the cantilever station as-well to assist when using the caulk gun..Thumbs up man for creativity!

yeah McGyver award of the year

I love seeing stuff like this.. I also like when dudes show off their gear, and its in orderly fashion,in a multi compartment tote..Separated by compound, organized at best,..That shows me your serious about the game, down with the cause.. enough to impress Gunnery Sgt. Ronald Lee Ermey!
