[FONT=open_sansregular]If you want abs, lower your body fat, simple as that. If you're fat, there's no amount of crunches you can do to give yourself abs. Spot reduction is a myth. With that out of the way, here are some nice and healthy ab exercises!

[FONT=open_sansregular]When you work your abs, you should try and work spinal stability, not spinal flexion. Doing exercises like these that force you to balance on your lower back and contract your abs can cause muscular imbalances that lead to bad posture and spinal problems. It's much better to do anti-movement exercises that promote good posture and spinal stabilization. That post that was full of these? Ignore it.

[FONT=open_sansregular]Inner Abdominal WallAs I said earlier, spot reduction is a myth, but most people don't work their abdominal wall...ever. Start working it and you can cinch your waist by as much as a few inches.
