This is an Initiative we are looking to get support for EVERY State.

The Initiative protects fighters depriving them of their livings and earnings without due process. The NSAC is increasingly and alramingly exceeding its jurisdiction, and it's time to put a stop to it.

An overturning of this tyranny needs to be a priority, needs to be confronted, needs to be changed. The time is NOW.

"The NSAC, like any other agency, is a 'creature' of statue and attempts to expand jurisdiction over subject matter not conferred by the legislature is without authority of the law and void. Here, the legislature clearly defined the NSAC's powers to 'issuing and revoking licenses.' To me it's odd how they dictate what fighters do even in other States. They def have too much power.
