i just want to say how amazing MC IGF is! on day 10 at 100mcgs 50mcgs morning 50mcgs post workout and just 500mgs test week and doing Y3T training trying to get 500 carbs a day, and im getting better gains then me putting in a bunch of gear in and getting sides. keeping it simple
 
I would be rich if i had a quarter for everyone who said 100mcgs daily was their sweet spot where they really felt amazing on it! Ok maybe not a quarter, maybe if i had a dollar for everyone who said the same thing lol,

feeling some injury recovery (which is great!) and getting great pumps in the gym with 70mcg... not much change in mass or weight loss yet though, pretty much same.

that is great with injury recovery, and another great read for members to review our igf before buying
 
80 mcgs was perfect for me for both rotator cuff surgeries. I am going to bump up to 100 mcgs next month when I can start lifting heavy again. Anxious to see how I feel !
 
Definitely.... That's my only concern and reason why I have not tried it. Have you had any problems with hypoglycemia?

Agree!!!!!!!!!!!!! May I add "Just eat people" Your only hurting yourself while taking IGF if your worried about how many carbs your eating everyday. Eat clean, feed your body and eat more while on IGF.

Not to hyjack, but has anyone had good results with keto diets and IGF?

I am a big Keto guy and don't want to be wasteful.
