i like there row macine.. preacher... milatry press.. leg crul and ext machine's.. delt fly.. but not like the flat bench and incline machines

Iso-wide(chest) , curl machine....Hammer strength is prob the best type of machine i've used.

I ONLY USE HAMMER WHEN I DO NOT HAVE A TRAINING PARTNER I LIKE TO TRAIN HEAVEY SO WITH HAMMER I CAN STILL GO HEAVEY AND THW WEIGHT WONT DROP ON MY HEAD

Some of thier stuff is pretty killer. I like the isolation of each arm/leg. Overall I don't use allot of machines though.

I love their machines for the upper back. The first time i used them, i was in for a schock, didn't know i could work those muscles.

I love them when I'm trying to burn out at the end of my work out, or when I am training by myself and want to go past fatigue, W/O a spoter

I have only ever used the hammer incline press and I use it when either the incline bench is already taken, or if there are no spotters around. It is a very good alternative in my opinion.

I like them. They are very good for isolation. Also, they help when trying to assure symetrical development since they force each arm or leg to work by itself

Exactly... they are a nice change from the standard..

The only hammer I use is the wide chest.I get a better workout with dumbells a free weights.

Love The Hammers, they fit me perfectly and just seem to have that special something that other machines are lacking.

can't think of a bad thing about them myself. my gym is full of their stuff and everyone loves it.

only thing I can think of that's better is the Med-X (next generation Hammer)
good luck finding these though-very expensive
almost the only place you'll find them is in rehab clinics

im a big fan of them best machines ive ever used and like said above nice variation to a workout especially if training alone

I throw hammer in when I want to change my workout. I usually use free weights but I don't usually have a spotter. I will go to the hammer when I feel like I am hitting a slow down in gains and want to shock the muscle with some heavy weight.
