IGF on Off Days

Just wondering what you guys have been doing on off days. Do you lower the dose and what areas should you hit since it's an off day.

Back on it at 80 mcg preworkout again. I had a brief stint in August but had to stop. So I'm back and it's been great. I am seeing my arms SWELL! When I hit my biceps, it's almost immediate. More than any other body part. I also took Presser's advice this time around. 15 mins after pinning, I hit my preworkout drink which is C4, creatine and BCAA. Then after that I take down 2 oatmeal packets with a scoop of whey. Then hit the gym 30 mins later. I've been noticing more energy and pumps. I'm wondering if i should add more carbs because of my weight. Somehow in the past week, I went up 2lbs. It could be my muscles being more full since my diet didn't change. But great stuff!!

me personally i use the same exact dose on days off as i do on. and I use it on the same area all the time. Thats just me though, as iknow a lot of guys do many different things.

Its the days you have OFF from the gym when your actually Repairing and growing new muscle, so i personally think its even more important to take your IGF-1 lr3 on your days OFF as to help force more nutrients to the muscles and help repair and grown them even more than had you not used the igf,

So i would say its more important on off days!!
 
Thanks Presser. What areas do you prefer? I was thinking of hitting an area that would have a few days before the next pin. For example, I'm not hitting shoulders again till early next week, so a delt hit would be good since I hit the calves last night. How many oatmeal packets you hit?
 
Hey Presser - how oatmeal packets you take down? Do you work in a preworkout drink as well?

i eat packets cinnamon apple flavor, and yeah i use to drink a carbo force when i got the gym or the one with ephedra in it which is now offf market, but not anymore, now i just sip 50/50 c/p drink
 
Thanks Presser. I take c4 Ripped. Great stuff. Previously I used to feel it kick in so to speak. But now since I am adding that extra meal, I really don't feel that affect. But I am not too concerned since my strength or energy did not change. If anything, I am feeling more pumped because of the IGF and extra meal.

I take down the c4 drink after 15mins of pinning. Them I prepare my oatmeal with a scoop of whey. I think it is making a difference by adding that extra meal. I am already seeing more swelling in the arms!

Think about it people.... Presser is on to something when it comes to timing. We all follow our own workout plan everyday , if we can we train at the same time each day, try to eat every meal at the same time each day, try and eat the same amount of protein/carbs/fat each day, get up at the same time every morning/hit the gym at the same time everyday/go to sleep at the same time. Any Supplements should be used the same way with a plan.
