Do I inject the syringe and the filter only in the sealed bottle or can I directly inject into every open 10ml bottle and then seal ??

I think he means does he have to put the stopper on to fill the vial with 10 cc of brew

I think you inject the filter in the sealed vial and also inject an additional pin as well to releave pressure.

I agree that is how I did my fina back in the day sealed sterile vial put a 21 g to vent and fill to the top with a 10 cc syringe

It would not be sterile that way use a sealed sterile vials and inject threw the stopper that would be best

And how the many labs are selling their vials without inject in the stopper ? I think the presealed vials are for your self

I want to sterilize the vials stoppers in a hot air sterilizator, what you all think about ?

in this case we need more equipment to work in a sterile environment (autoclave, etc) with open sterile vials, etc. who would buy bottles with a needle mark in the rubber stoper?
