Sustanon and deca recipe needed

Anyone got a decent recipe for 400mg/ml for each of sustanon and deca in GSO if possible

nope, i havent seen one for sustanon, im sure we have them for deca at that dosage, i wouldnt even try to make a 400mg/ml sustanon though

Ive got this one for sustanon 125ml@400mg/ml

50g powder
2.5ml BA (2%)
25ml BB (20%)
60ml oil

You don't want to mix them my friend. Its because they have different release times of esters and a high MG/ML will cause pain.
The 400mg your describing I promise you will cause pain. You should just do more frequent injections.
The Deca recipe is good, there are a bunch I have tried and true. Deca is a substance that will do well with low BA and low BB in GSO.
My recommendation is filter the gso, add Bb and then add the ba to the deca, add the gso/bb mix to the deca, slowly heat and swirl.
let it cool so you don't destroy the filter and then filter it. DO NOT OVER HEAT IT, 112 degrees is plenty, I suggest a warm water bath with a stopper and a needle to vent it.
you can make deca at 300 like this with no issues.

boom there ya go! i kinda figured 400mg/ml of sustanon would be painful as fuck all, and well if powder guy says it, i take as gospel , the steroid gospel according to PG , lol, yeah that might have been blasphemous

250. depends on if its premixed powder or if you have to add all the substances together.
Just now that sust is just as painful as Test Prop.. Prop doesn't bother me anymore though so just man up.

It's premixed I'll leave it at a standard 250 and see how I get on thanks powderguy
