like the title says.. i want to hear everyones favirote approach to cutting, bulking, and attempting a recomp..

share your thoughts, theories, and past experiences here and maybe we can get into a nice friendly debate while we are at it!
 
I carb deplete all morning and all day long until about an hour before the gym, i take my igf, then i take my carbs via oatmeal, then during workout i drink 50/50 carb/protien drink, and after training i load up up protien and some more carbs, more like 20%simple carbs, 80% protien, and then i will eat again before bed.

I dont eat much every day, but have learned over the years this is how my bodies responds best, as i can literally see my muscles expanding almost every day after my first round of carbs, and i believe it has kept lean and vascular. Now i am flat as hell all day long, I wake up pretty normal, sometimes full muscle bellies, but flatten out during morning and afternoon then i cram a shit load of carbs after my igf, and hit gym as i said.

works fucking amazing for me! I have been bodybuilding for a long long time, and have tried most everything, and this is what works for me, and may not be for everyone!

I promise you ya dont need 2grams of protien per pound of body weight to get massive amounts of muscle, nor do you need to eat every 90 minutes like some guys do, though that would be good for your metabolism, sure, but or building muscle you dont need to do this 10 meals a day bullshit.

not a clue man lol, i havent counted anything in a long long time lol,
