Thanks for all help we have a pullup machine and I use it yet I believe I am not doing enough reps. We have a hammer strength where you put the 45lbs on it and I love it , I fill it up with 16 45lbs of weight and I really hit it hard. Start out with just eight on it and then I hit it as hard as I can . I wil do 12-16reps on my last two sets

This post dosen't make much sense. We have several Hammer Strength back machines in my gym and you can't load 16 45 lb. weights on any of them. What kind of machine is this? 16 plates is 720 lbs. I doubt if any one could do a lat exercise with this much weight.:show:
 
Maybe it's the assisted pullup machine and he weighs 500 pounds, hell I'm at a loss also.
