Are you tough enough for the 300 Spartan Workout Routine. It is an intense muscle building and fat loss plan..
This is the original 300 Spartan workout plan used Gerard Butler and the cast of the 2006 movie 300. This is workout is an intense training plan and is recommend to be used as a full body workout 3 times a week.

The ideal way to do this workout is without any rest at all between exercises, and you should time yourself from the beginning to the end of the workout. The workout has 300 reps and if you can complete it in less then 20 minutes then consider yourself a Spartan Warrior.
