I generally don't have an appetite until night time. I still force feed every 2-2.5 hours though. Usually wake up at 8a.m. and have a shake. Go back to bed for another hour then wake up and eat 4 eggs and 1 cup of oats and some fruit. It's never really that easy to get that stuff down. I go to gym, have post workout shake and then 2nd meal then it's usually smooth sailing from there. Again, don't really have the hunger sensation until night time. I'm a master at force feeding though.
