start liking pics of fit females on facebook lol you could say you would like to share a hobby with her. maybe give her some articles of females who lift and why they enjoy it. whatever you do dont shame her into trying to lift. the whole reason my wife started really lifting is to get a bigger booty and she has accomplished that with some help from MC igf

The main reason we start doing most things are because they are fun so make it fun for her. Then she will look in the mirror and find things she wants to work on and crank the amplitude up on her own.

Back to the topic. I have been trying to get my wife in the gym for years. She is getting ready to turn 40 and I don't want to say anything bad about my wonderful wife but she does not look like IronJulius's wife. I do everything constantly telling her how important it is she is healthy. I'm at a loss....

Yes my wife is definitely beautiful and even more critical of herself than I could ever be. I am trying to get her started because I think that it would help with her confidence and ability to be a little more decisive(maybe a pipe dream). She routinely battles depression and I believe even moderate lifting will effect that in a positive way. I also explain to her that by taking bc pills she is shutting her own hormonal access down and there are ways to make that work for her with the addition of some other compounds. She has paid for her own liposuction in the past , for spot reduction , which looks great but imho she didn't need. So I figured if she is willing to do that she could start some thing that will not only change how she looks on the outside but on the way she looks at herself. Overcome physical adversity so to speak in mu opinion is the best way to build character.

my wife was super skinny im talking 5'7 120 and she had never worked out and went through periods where she would run but not really active. taking care of kids and work was her exercise. when we met the boys were 9, 7 and 4 she had been cancer free 4 years and 6 months clean of pain meds. she actually showed interest in the gym but never fully committed to weight training for about a year. i was very patient with her and she eventually got to where she really enjoyed it. today she absolutely loves training the mental and physical benefits are well worth the hour it out of the day

breast cancer had both removed but got new ones lol it was actually pretty far advanced and they didnt give her much of a chance. she was worried first about using IGF, HGH or any hormones but after much research and beating around the bush with her doctor she decided she should be ok

you guys who want to get your wives into lifting also might mention that lifting weight regularly helps prevent osteoporosis (This is proven in many medical studies). Ladies who are 40 and above need to especially pay attention to this. I have always worked out in some form or fashion for well over 2 decades but now that I am older lifting is especially important. No one wants to be that old lady (or gent) who needs help getting out of a chair, out of the bed, etc. LIfting is the best way to stay self-sufficient as one ages.
