Glutamine while on cycle

I normally take 10 grams per day off cycle... Was wondering if you guys thought I should take more???? Maybe 20 grams/ed?

It's the most abundant amino acid in the body... And the most important for muscle recovery i.e. growth
 
Long time L-Glutamine user here. I consider it second to protein in importance concerning natural supplements. I've found it works best for me at 10grams in the morning, and 10grams in the evening before bed.
 
i did 5ml of 100mg L-cartine today if that makes everyone think i'm cool.. put 3ml into a jacket.. took the needle off and shot it into the back of my mouth and did another 2ml.. cool right.. need 15 weeks of time in the process of a move and will have to take two weeks off out of the gym and live.. ssooo

I Gotcha, I understand, no problem with it at all. Just wanted to make sure b/c it was a free for all over at FB as far as that area was concerned.

I've always taken 10grams e/d on cycle or not... That's why I posted asking if I should increase while on cycle... It stands to reason to increase
