Why all the emails

Can someone please tellme why I keep getting emails when all the threads I have oposted in get new psts?

I turned off the Email Notification setting in my settings. Is there something else I need to trun off as well?

Could some one help me out here I don't want to keep getting all these notifications at my work email.
