What time do i take clen and t3

Do i take clen and t3 both in the morning at the same time?? my dosages are gonna be 75mcg t3 and 120 mcg clen. AND do i have to taper down the liquid clen.?? I dont think i am gonna because the t3 is gonna run for 10 days after the clen is stoped at real low dosages. What do u think??

take 2 doses of clen per day. one in the morning one in the afternoon and take the t3 at night.

2on 2off ramp the clen evenly and ramp the t3 up fast and down slow

When I took both I'd take the T3 earlier than my clen, and was taking 6 clen tabs a day....spaced out 2 at 3X's day! On the T3 I was taking 25mcgs 2 X's a day, once early morning and the other mid afternoon.

my two cents....take ALL of your clen in the AM......the 1st time I took it I split the dose and OMG I couldn't sleep to save my life.......I was brutal.......I showed up to work one day at NOON cause I didn't fall asleep till 5 AM............T3 take at night though.

I take my clen after my first meal in the morning and around 4 or 5 in the late afternoon. With t-3 I have always broken up my daily dosage and spread it throughout the day.

are u taking liquid clen? if so that changes things a lil....
