first cycle - weekly journal to follow

Hey All,

I don't post much on these boards but I've really learned alot over the past several months since I first decided I was ready to take things to the next level.

My first cycle finally begins in a few weeks and I'll be posting a Weekly cycle journal of both mine and my buddies results because they are relatively light cycles and slightly different. It'll give some of those who for what ever reason want to avoid the harder gear a reference and the chance to learn from our mistakes.

My stats: 5'10" tall, 198 lbs, 14-18%bf (i'm guessing)
Been training on and off for 5 years.
My goal is 10-20 lbs keepable muscle gains (doing clomid post cycle)
I will be doing early morning mod. intensity cardio throughout cycle (20-40mins) to keep down bodyfat. I will use a scale as a ref only. My girlfriend and my buddies girlfriend will tell the tale.
I'll be maintaining 300-400g protein intake.

This is my first cycle and I'm doin 300mg/week EQ for 10 weeks and I have 198 Thai dbol which I'll run 25mg/d week 1-3, 30mg/d week 4 and 35mg/d week 5.

My question:
Is 10-20 lbs keepable muscle gains possible with these dosages. Please no flames on running a test........next cycle depending how this one goes.

I do believe that you should have some form of test in there.maybe some enanthate. bump your eq up to at least 400mgs wk
And then I'd say it's possible.
 
i wouldnt waste your time with dbol.....use enanthate or prop and eq....they will b hard, solid gains that will b there in the end...not like with dbol were u will have alot of water retention regardless whether or not u r using eq ....but just a thought.
 
i agree with the guys, gotta add the test if you want to gain some nice solid muscle. dball is alright but gotta have that test in there.
