I recently competed in my first NPC Figure competition and did really well, 1st in Novice Class A, 4th in Open Class B. This is my first "off season" and want to put on a decent amount of muscle before my next competition (probably going to take off a year). Any recommendations for a successful off season? Diet, supps? Thanks!

No problem, thanks!

I've lifting for a little over 3 years. I did a 20 week prep to get myself ready for my
first competition. 5 meals a day, ECA stack, then added 12.5mg/day var for the last 6 weeks. The ECA stack and var did wonders! I'll definitely be taking them again. I also used a pre workout in the beginning of prep but eventually cut that out, whey protein isolatr (also cut out towards the end), l-carnitine to help curb my appetite, and a shit ton of vitamins

The first thing I can recommend is REAL IGF-1 Lr3. MC's IGF is a real game changer. You can check out some of the logs here on it in the peptides forum. Its available at

Other than that I will suggest talking to 3J on the diet and nutrition forum. He coaches a lot of men & women who compete.
