Did you know that they have 8 grams of protein per serving, but why does it say "not a significant source of protein" next to that?
Also, the fat is much lower than potato chips! I prefer the hot ones. :D

hell yes. You do have to watch your sodium with both of these though. Damn good travelling food.

Oh shit Presser, I can't believe you said wawa. That used to be one of my daily stops when I was going to school in south jersey. Up here in north jersey though, they don't have wawa's. I miss those places.

fried pig skin. same as a fried football. :) They're dee-lic-ious!

Not a significant source of protein since the protein is collagen (skin). Just a waste to eat really. But if you have to stick something in your mouth - well, there are other things. Cigarettes, pacifiers, nipples....the list goes on and on.

nipples are good too.

I like to get all my protein from breast milk....

I should know this, but here goes...Colegen is protein and is broken down into aminos just like any other protein, right?

Auriflex

But the protein from collagen has a low 'bioavailabilty'? or something like that. Remember, not all protein molecules are created equal. Third class citizens are collagen, and hydrolyzed protein. Those miscreants are sometimes found in your protein bars. I read about these the other day somewhere - I'll try and give the info to our resident articles of interest mod :)

Coo. CJW, Why have you been so 'horny' lately. Every post seems to have something to do with sex. Cialis? Test? ;)

Groundhogs, possum and marsh rabbit are an excellent source of protein, all are pretty stupid and easy to shoot, except for the groundhog, they can see like a sumbitch.

Just because there is protein in a food, doesn't mean that it contains all of the essential amino acids.
