Glycolog, while it is a nutrient partitioning agent that is designed to help you absorb carbs and protein more efficiently, it's actually a very strong PUMP product. GlycoLog increases insulin secretion and stimulates glycogen production. The main benefits of glycogen for a pump are its ability to cause cell swelling via the cellular uptake of water within muscle cells. Especially taken with creatine(an osmolyte), the net result is a major influx of INTRA-CELLULAR water for a massive pump. But, much lesser known is that insulin actually interacts with NOSynthase and can induce vasodilation via NO release. So, in my opinion the best way to take this product is pre and post workout. Preworkout take with BCAA/EAA, creatine, and minimum of 40g carbs(I use white rice) 30-45min before training. Post workout take with BCAA/EAA, hydrosylate or isolate whey protein(35g) and simple carbs(50g plus). I just tried this exact regimen yesterday and my pumps were insane after my 2nd set, painfully insane. So, if you are looking for a crazy pump product, try GlycoLog. It's the closest thing to using insulin on the market

OMG, that would be off the hook but you would have to make sure you are getting in enough carbs to make sure you don't push your blood sugar to the bottom.
