i was doing great on my cycle personal bests on all lifts when i came off i kept my strenght for a few weeks then it was like i fell off a cliff felt tired weak got sore as hell started having aches and pains.

Might have to back off the intensity/poundage until your natural test levels rebound.

i worst part of the whole thing is having to strip weight at the gym to get a workout in.. that looks bad... but like deca said wait for your natural levels to come back and you should see your weight go back up....

for some...including myself..maybe because of my age (42). i like to take a couple weeks off after clomid therapy. your body is working to get it's test levels back to norm after a long anabolioc state. you keep tearing the muscle tissue, but if your levels are not high enough, you can defeat the purpose of training. recoup time can increase. i have found this to work best for me. most just lay back in their intensity when coming off...I like to give my body a rest. you may want to try it. works for me

I always have a huge crash post cycle if i used fina at all... It shuts me down a lot harder than most things do....

Well my strenght has gone through the roof on the fina so I am expecting a crash when I come off.

my strenght was great for a while then it dropped off bad last week i was on i benched 500 been off 8 weeks and i only got 405 for a single yesterday. i was used to getting 4 to 5 reps with that. that was a real ego buster. could have been a bad day though you cant be strong every day. the next 10 weeks will be better.

what do u guys think of dropping the weight way after a cycle and doing more reps. i thought about just dropping a plate off my heavy stuff bench, squats and deadlifts.

lower the intensity of your workouts, and take a week off after clomid to regain strenght..............works for me.

I dont care about weights anymore...i lift till failure.. whatever it happens to be that day...gotta listen to your body..it never lies.

I agree I dont care what I lift I just care what I look like....but I can lift a lot and I like loooking at all the "big guys" when i lift more than them!

I hate it when that happens. Usualy for me it's like four weeks after I come off. That's when everything just falls off. It's the worst feeling. I usually want to go right back on.
