hey bros,Im not that knowlegable with T3.I have 25mcg(100 tabs).I heard many different ways to do this. Im wanting to shed that last amount of fat of my cycle.I will contiune doing a gram or more :D of test(prop) a week hoping it will help from keeping me out of a to catabolic state.I was planning on cycling,T3,then ECA then clen to finallize to help retain what muscle I have gained.whats the most effective way you guys have cycled T3...gradually work up?If so,whats the max dosage once peak is reach?Thanks bros....There are some thing I just dont know :D...Im so affraid to go by articles anymore....not sure how accurate they can be. :(

well the best way i think is to ramp up fast and down slow.. but i've also seen guy take clen in the moring and t3 at night.. but i like the ramp.. much like your clen ramp but hit the max dose in 4-5 days then down slow

Taper slowly from start to finish, I wouldn't exceed 100mcg per day just to be safe! You'll notice it's effects quickly up to 50mcgs. Be sure to keep your potassium level high, eating banana's & other sources....no potassium supplements/tablets, there not as effective

I hate clen so I wouldn't even waste my time with that fuckin headache medicine...lol..But as for T-3... I usually run it for 8 weeks but have run it for 13. When you come off of the T-3 you feel tired...it sucks.
week1-25mcg
week2-50mcg
week3-75mcg
week4-100mcg
week5-100mcg
week6-75mcg
week7-50mcg
week8-25mcg
I have ran it this way and had great results with heavy cardio and fairly restricted diet.....I do also remember reading Napalms post about him thinking that 50mcg a day was more than enough. I have also read that you can take t-3 indefinetly at like 7-12.5mcg ED. I do know that there is only speculation that it affects thyroid functions.....I don't personally think that you can do permanent damage unless you REALLY go over board. I ran a pretty good amount of it during those 13 weeks but I was kinda wired all the time..lol..........456

With 100 tabs, I would run it 6 weeks like this:

wk1: 25mcg + clen ramped from 1-6tabs (120mg)
wk2: 50mcg + clen @ 120mg
wk3: 75mcg + ECA @ ramped to 20mgEphedra 3x/day
wk4: 75mcg + ECA @ @ 20mgEphedra 3x/day
wk5: 50mcg + clen ramped from 1-6tabs (120mg)
wk6: 25mcg + clen @ 120mg

Hopefully you have enough prop to keep it up through this. I will say that for cutting purposes, 1G is overkill. All you need to do is provide enough test to compete with the cortisol and prevent muscle breakdown during the cutting diet, which is HIGHLY catabolic. I didn't take you up to 100mcg because you only have 100 tabs. You'll get better results spreading it out over 6 weeks at this doseage than you will if you compress the schedule by a week and up the max dose to 100mcg/day on the T3. As far as timing, split the T3 and clen up in even doses through the day. With the T3 at 25mcg, I'd split it breakfast and midday...for 50 I'd pop a whole tab at breakfast, 1/2 at lunch and 1/2 at dinner. Don't take any of those after 7PM though unless you have sleeping pills to help you get some rest. In fact, I usually have ambien laying around for that very purpose.

I've used this same strategy with great success. Let me know if you need any more help.

I also contiplated running both T3 and clen at same time,but I had mixed reviews.As far as 100 tabs,thats not a problem.I'll be heading south again in 3 weeks so I can get more by then(cheap) :D also,as for the TEST,this is my 5th cycle and my genetics dont work well with low to moderate doses.I figured that prop is least likely to aromatise and I am taking proviron at 50mg's a day along with 20mg of nolva a day.Fortunately,I am not prone to Gyno and have very little side effects such as acne.I have plenty of prop and if I dont,I'll just get more :D ..the only thing Im not understanding is the clen doses(120mgs?)the clen usually(at least mine) are ..02mcg's and normally Ill work clen up to 6 tabs a day...thats my breaking point.and why split T3 up...doesnt it have a longer halflife than clen?isnt it realatively long(12 hrs +?)...i also have in the past run clen and ECA at the same time,but was told it was not a good idea....talk about being wired and hot :)...and also a note,I will be taking pure ephedrine/caffiene/asprin stack...no supplements such as xenedrine or hydroxycut,etc...the pure form works so much better for me than the herbal.But if its ok to run both,,then I might just do that.wouldnt it be better to finish off with clen instead of ECA?since clen actually helps to utilize what gains you have made from a cycle?This was my logic behind this.It helped me in the past.let me know if you dont mind

Unless you weigh 260 at contest shape there is absolutely no reason to go above 50 mcgs of T3 per day. Take 25mcg for 3 days then take 50mcg for 6-7 weeks, then 25 mcg for 3 days. Thats all you need, and no....MORE IS NOT BETTER! Later

This is what i am gonna try next cycle. I am anxious to see how it works. I remember reading Napalms reasoning in his post awhile back but I can't remember exactly what the reasoning was..I do remember that it made sense..........456
