help please

hey bros/HB's, I have experience Brewing but I've always copied recipes and used calculators that were already formulated I'm sorry formatted. anyways could someone please help me out on how to figure out the correct ratios for myself I'm making my own recipes maybe direct me to a sticky or a thread even another form somewhere much appreciated thanks guys
