Pull-ups, rear delt flyes & high rows. Corn cob pull-ups are tough too. That's what I call em at least..

I really like heavy lockout deadlift from the power rack with a strong squeeze and pause.

Deadlift in general is good for back! Never done the lockout on a rack though. Have to try that some time

Yeah deadlift are a great. On party with squat for overall development and strength. I love heavy lockouts mixed in with back day

I couldn't agree with ya more buddy. That's why taking time off of it sucked! Probably not a better overall exercise for strength & size than deadlift. I guess climbing a rope would be a good one too.. just dawned on me

Thx, corn cob pull ups? Pull ups with neutral grip?

Yes I've been doing those for a few months now. My traps are sore like never before. On my last set I hold till I absolutely can't anymore. Good one.

You can do them with neutral grip. If the pull-up bar has neutral grip, that's how I do it. It's just a pull-up, than shift your weight from one side, than the other & than lower back down. That's 1 rep. If you google it, a video will surely pop up

Right above your reply buddy. I have actually done them before where I am continually shifting back & fourth, holding myself up at top range of motion until I'm burnt!
