not gaining

this is my third cycle and i'm on 600mg test en., 400mg eq. next week will be my fifth week. i'm eating about 200grams of protien per day and i wiegh 190lbs. i havent gained a pound. i work hard at the gym, my last two cycles were not this dissapointing. what do you guys suggest?
 
Definitely Up the protein
You have to feed those muscles in order to make them grow.
 
Diet is the main key for packing on weight. What brands of gear are you using? Are you sure they are legit?
 
HOW MAY CARBS A DAY ARE YOU GETTING?AND FROM WHAT SOURCES? SAME GOES FOR FAT. DIET IS THE FOUNDATION BRO.OR YEAH THE GEAR MIGHT BE FAKE.
 
yeah you need to be eating like a horse, eat everything in site. Also make sure that you arent overtraining, like working out everyday. Ive started taking off 3 days a week and have noticed big results.
 
i'm trying to stay away from carbs and i'm using tornell test and tokkyo eq. i'm also taking proscar, you think that might have a little to do with it? i'll definitely eat more, how many carbs should i be eating a day?
 
i tried to gain on little to no carbs bro-i couldnt really gain much. even on 1g test a wk and 125mg fina ed. the wk i upped my cals and added in lots of carbs i shot up in strength and weight big time.
 
Gotta keep on eating...fill your fridge, your frezzer, cupboadrs...eat everything in sight.

Make sure your gear is good. I switched midcycle to gear from a diff source and I noticed that I stopped improvement (size and strength) in a week. Same compounds just diff source and brand. If youre working your ass off, and eating/sleeping right, you should grow even if all youre injecting in mazola
 
TRY BETWEEN 300-400GRMS OF CARBS FROM QUALTIY SOURCES SUCH AS OATMEAL,POTATOES,RICE,PASTA ETC..DON'T WORRY ABOUT PUTTING ON SOME FAT NOW, YOU CAN'T GAIN REAL MASS WITH OUT A BIT OF FAT,AND YOU CAN LOSE THE FAT LATER.
 
gotta have some carbs if you wanna grow. I did the high protein low carb thing and couldnt grow at all, but since i switched to high protein and high carb i grew. stick to low carb when your cutting not when your trying to gain mass.
