What are your thoughts on post workout only with IGF? Better results, or doesn't really matter? Compared to pre or any other time,,,
The consensus that I've seen lately from the experts and pros has been to take it post workout since that's when it's most effective in recruiting satellite cells to repair muscle tissue.

What if you did it pre and post?
As long as you aren't taking a pre workout insulin, I would think that should technically be okay.

I thought about trying post, just to see if there's a difference. I've always taken pre, and never post. Pre gave me great results, but I'm willing to try post to see if that help just as much.

I think it's a good idea. Actually, I will be doing it in the evening starting tomorrow

well, I decided to do it morning with breakfast and post workout. I know morning is the best time to take HGH, so I see no reason not to do IGF in the morning. Staying at 50 mcg a day. 25 mcg split.

I tend to feel I pump/fullness for most of the day when I do IGF in the morning.
