Final opinions on BROMOandFINAGYNO

Guys i have read countless posts on preventing fina. But none of them completely helped me. CAN u GUYS please post your final opinions that is 2.5mg bromo enought to prevent gyno from fina if i am gonna do 75-100mgfina ed.
