some little help for a girl?

Hi girls!, well I 'm writting this because I would like you experts to give some tips for my girl, first, she's been working out for 3 years, her stats: 130 pounds, height 1.67mt , bf 18%, the thing is that she is trying to bulk up, we saw a girl in the past Mr México show and she was pretty big, ya know decent waist,very big and hard hips, big legs, shaped arms,so she really wants to be like her, my girl's diet consist of 4 whole meals which includes meat, rice, vegetables, three whey protein shakes and 2 cans of tuna plus aminoacids in liquid form and of course lots of water, she eats daily about 2500cal and 190 gr of protein, she trains 3 times per week, basic intense movements(squats, presses etc) with decent weight and pretty strict .

now with all these, what is missing? , she cannot put more weght or size anymore.

can you give her some additional tips?

we will take and consider "everything" (supplements, juice etc).....just name it

well bro...

i'm sure w/ female doses... and of course she wants to be careful with sides... but it seems that winny and primo are women's gear of choice.... #### some even take low doses of deca...

but i'll wait to hear from the real experts.. i know sasha and fly have both done a few cycles of different things...  so ...  i'll let them chime in...  or napalm.. or ... whomever else seems to know anything about females and gear...   i just know if done right ... women look awesome on gear and of course.. still look like women.

 I would probably increase meal frequency. Move from 4 meals a day to 6. try to get a good source of protein and carbs every 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Tell her to try this. This should help get past the plateau.

As max said, she needs to eat more meals. She also needs more protien. She should be eating at leat 260 grams of protien a day. I would have her taking glutamine, creatine and flax also. Later
 
tell her to switch up her routine....might help...might not....basic reason for a plateau is b/c the body adapts to certain routine....so swtich it up and take the boys advice.....more food....more often...
 
Any AS will put mass on her.....winny is what I have chosen, but it effects everyone differently of course.

I am 5'9, and weighed 145 pds, before I started my cycle. I am now up to 154 pds, and about 12% B/f, with my second cycle.

The winny will put the muscle on..... low dosages are good to start out with, so you will be able to monitor her sides.

Her sides will include deepening of the voice, slight acne and greasy skin, enlarged clitoris (which aint too bad <!--emo&:)--><img src="http://musclechemistry.mantisforums.com/IB3/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'><!--endemo-->

I think winny is either good or bad.....depending on the individual and how they react to it. Just do your research, so she knows and can expect what will be happening to her body.

Winny is the only AS that I personally have experience with....lots of other good stuff out there for women.

And the winny will not help cut her up......does for men, but not women.
 
Hey thanks for your answers!, I think I will make a mix of all the advices you gave me and put em into one, change routine, more meals, more protein and maybe winny or primo, btw my girl is 27 years old tiny, hey bro I hope you are better now.
