Don't think you have alot of alternatives. Ultrasound won't work because it's the gyno is tissue not spasm or a hematome,in other words it's not going to break up. Femara (with or without Nolva) and no exogenous AAS for a period of 3-6months would be worth a shot if the breast tissue is not very organized(firm/hard). Injecting locally is not an option IMO,although I know Naplam did some Liquidex that way and was pleased,it makes no biochemical sense for Liquidex to have any local effects like that.
So as far as I know it's antiEz and no juice ...or the knife.
