I love the hammer strength stuff. I use, incline, decline and flat. I mix them in with the other stuff.

I use it occasionally to change up my workouts, good stuff. Prefer free weights though.

We have a seated hammer press for your chest. It's ok, but I prefer free weight.

I use hammer strength for few exercises....mostly chest (incline and decline) and back (pulldowns and low row). I've seen the flat bench one but thought it was retarded looking....maybe I'll give it a try

they do make great equipment though

Hammer strength stuff is good for the ego, too! I tried the iso-lat wide grip chest today, and it seemed pretty good. I'm not sure how some of you big guys can use them, though, as none of them seem to hold more than 5 45lb plates per side (you could probably get 6 on).

HAMMER is great to add to the free weights. Get some great isolation and pumps from it.

I use the incline and decline. A trainer at my gym made me because I was 100% free weights and did not believe they would work. I've been those two since.
