What is the caloiric Value of 1 grilled chicken breast

Ok, when you get whole chicken breasts fresh from the meat department there are 2 halves which are still connected... after cutting that down the middle, you have 1 chicken breast.

Now, I see the values of 3oz of baked chicken breast, but I don't know how that relates to 1 chicken breast grilled?

How many .oz's is that? on avg? and is there a difference between baked, and grilled?

well chicken breasts are all differnt sized. I think the average is something like 5 oz or something. about 30g of protein.

Umm i thought chicken breast had 25grams per 3oz
