Today's supplement Saturday looks at a medicinal herb called Ginkgo Biloba. -

➕If you recall from previous supplement Saturday lessons, we have discussed other medicinal herbs such as huperzine & rhodiola. Ginkgo is similar to both of these herbs in its effects on cognitive function. It also has been shown to improve long-term memory & cognitive function. There is evidence to support ginkgo can reduce cortisol & stress and also improve reaction time.

��I would recommend taking 120-240mg as a daily supplement to improve memory or 240-360mg prior to training to support performance!
