Hey guys. New to the forum. Been doing some research and lots of people are saying MC's stuff is legit and works great. New to this stuff so I am trying to learn as much as I can and get educated.
 
Bro anything MC does is 110% legit, from supplements to advice, this has become my one and only source for info, I rarely go anywhere else, congrats for coming aboard!

I have been in and out of the gym for id say 4 months. Lost a decent amount of muscle. Torn labrum issue came back and bad back. Natural weight lifter. Got top doctors treating me. Next week I will start the gym again. I hover around 240 -250 at 5'9. Never touched any gear. Not ripped but I am not fat either. Keep hearing about the IGF1 LR3. something I want to try. Get back into it.
 
Thanks guys. AS for my goal, im sure you guys know we are never happy or satisified lol. I need to pack on some more quality muscle. Trainings good, diets good. supplements, I am not a huge fan of a lot of stuff on the shelves. I stick to simple stuff. Iv managed 3 GNC's in the past, and I am a supplement geek. Just want to try out the igf.

I have read people taking 20-40mcg everyday, wth two days off. some split the dose. I know people take it pre workout and great a crazy pump. since I train at night, I was going to do just one dose, post workout. This way I have carbs in my system and dont crash and its close to my bed time. was going to start off with 20mcg. FEEDBACK is welcome. would love to hear your thoughts.
 
20-40mcg is a good range. Most guys I've seen review it, do it between 40-60mcg. 50mcg is the sweet spot for me. When to take it is probably one of the most debated subjects I've seen on mc, when talking about igf. Some take it in the evening or at night, but most seem to like it pre-workout & feel it gives a better pump. Imo, I think you'd benefit from it, no matter when ya take it becuase it's long acting. Personally, I would use it with lgd, if I was looking to get more muscle. That's probably my favorite combo that MC has to offer.
 
Yea reading about the lr3, Its active in the body for 20 hrs if I am correct. I think post workout will be better for me. what do you guys use to mix the MC igf?

It's good to go when you get it. No need for mixing. You do need to keep it cool though. Most guys refrigerate it. It will last much longer, if you keep it cool.

yes you won't get the same answer much in terms of when to use it . But the long life enables it to work every which way
