💥Let them know you found a replacement for their caffeine addiction.
-
❌Theacrine, or Teacrine, is a supplement which has similar effects to caffeine. One of the benefits of Teacrine is that it is an "anti-adaptogen," which essentially means you do not build a tolerance to it.
-
❓Why is this important? Many will begin to adapt to the affects of caffeine, which causes them to take more and more. This will decrease the sensitivity to caffeine, ultimately leading to its ineffectiveness.
-
💊Teacrine is a great supplement to cycle with caffeine (2-3 weeks of caffeine followed by 2-4 weeks of Teacrine).

Most people seem to use 100-200mg.

Any news on the price for Theacrine? Would be nice to know, as i am also interested in a viable alternative to Caffeine. I did a lot of research on this topic the past weeks and found Noopept which sounds (https://newmind.com/noopept.html)good, but it is still researched and there are not a whole lot of studies on the effects on the human body, so it is nothing for today, unfortunately.

I'm a caffeine addict, I have 3-4 cups plus I put one 200mg capsule in the coffee maker, so im guessing 650 mg at least all at 4am, then when I train I add another 350 mg of caffeine anhydress (sp?) which is in the Universal product fury

But I am open for alternatives, thanks Bro for the info

Looking this stuff up. I’ve winged myself for coffee every day (only on weekends now) but I’d like to drop pre-workouts too.
