Today is the ever so loved leg day. I’ll mix some abs in there too but here’s what it’s going to look like
Stretch warmup (planks and stairs climb)
Palms in pull ups with legs at a 90%
Standing Russian twist with bar and 25lbs
Leg rises
Lungs (about 50ft) with 60lbs (4trips)
Front squats 4x15 weights will change with each set
Bent knees dead lifts 4x12
Calves rises
Inter/outer thighs (machine)
Burnouts with toes in on leg press
Then I eat Mexican food (Connie Asada) if I complete. It’s my little gift for a successful leg day
