Pull ups, open and closed
Machine rows, cable low rows
Dumb bell flys. Back Extensions and maybe a lite burn out with deads rows barbell

Today was back day. I love sundays at the gym. No crowds

Barbell low rows 4x10 2x20
Half rack deads 4x6
Full deads 4x8
Pulls ups till failure 2 sets
Lat pulldowns 4x8 1x30
Cable close grip seated rows 4x12
Back Extensions 2 sets to failure

Cardio
22 mins of Stairstepper got rate to 180 and held for 3 mins twice and keep an average rate of 140

One mile free run

Hammer curls till failure two sets.

Not bad on a low carb diet.
