I think mother nature is done with letting me grow any more.

For the last few weeks I have not been able to add lean mass even with adding 500 cal to my daily intake per week.

I'm 29yrs, 5'11.5", 228, at about 14%(Tested 6 weeks ago at 224)

I am thinking of running this for my first cycle around January.

600 mg test en. per wk 1-10
400 mg eq per wk 1-10
.25 mg l-dex per day wk1-end of clomid therapy
Nolvadex on hand

I think I want to add winny to this mix.

I agree with CE on the liquidex, hold off until you need it, becuase you might not. I personally would skip the winny until you do a cutting cycle. As far as gaining, check your routine and diet again too bro. Try switching up exercise, throwing in some shocking techniques, and for bulking, definitely up your weights and drop your reps into the 6-8 range to failure (strict form though!). On the diet, at your bodyweight, go for 250-300g protein each day and keep it around 4,000 calories or better. At 15% bf, you'll need to eat clean during bulking. Keep away from the simple carbs like pasta, bread and anything with sugar or else you'll be staring at 20% bf by the time you're done with this cycle. That will just make cutting a real bitch! Trust me on that one.

Thanks for the advice.

I will be trying to get my bf% down as close to 10% as possible by Jan. Will be starting to take NYC next week, and cardio will be bumped up from 3 to 5 times a week.
