Diuretic

Lasix is the worst possible choice in diuretics. Not only is it extremely dangerous, but the rebound after its use is stopped is terible and extremely hard on your internal organs. Aldactone and Diazide are probaly the best (and safest) choices. I stacked fairly high doses of both these diuretics for 4 days getting ready for my last show, and was extremely happy with the results. I was shredded, and extremely vascular, and other than the normal side effect after I stopped their use (water retention, swolen ankles, and dehidration), I experienced absolutely no serious problems what-so-ever. Later

Diuretics shed water temporarily....when you stop if your still on AAS the water comes right back, there is no permanancy,so there is no set outline as to how long etc.....it all depends on your reason for taking it.

because i have been training hard, loads of cardio etc, using clen and ephidrine and im going on holiday soon and want to look more cut than i am now.

Suppose you don't want to look ripped and shredded, but you just don't want too much water retention due to high blood pressure. Then what would be a good choice.

Not Lasix, that's old school and harsh

Good choices for your goals would be Maxzide or Lozol. Less likely to cause sides, electrolyte disturbances, etc.
