pain killers???

i was just reading the thread on antibiotics and gear and decided to do a search on "pain killers", here and at FB, i read that opiate based drugs synthetic or semi-synthetic pain killers decrease protein synthesis thus hindering some of your gains. . . . is this correct?

Hey Presser,

I understand that antibiotics hinder gains. But, do the AS negatively affect the antibiotics?

Yep, they do decrease your protein synthesis, and of course aren't great for the liver! Especially those that use for long terms due to certain pains....very addictive too!
