Probably the singe most useful peace of equipment in the gym. So much you can do with a power rack and an adjustable bench.

Great to hear! Power rack with pins is one of the most useful pieces of equipment. Attachments for them open all sorts of options. What do you end up going with?

It is just a basic cage. Hooks and pins.

I used to have one at my house. Then I was never motivated and needed to go somewhere. Now that I'm older I want one at my house again lol.

The rest of the pieces literally just arrived at the door. Hoping to get it put together if the rain holds off.

i wondered if you were leaving it outside or not. my first power rack was just a frame one with no adjustment. then i did add ons to make it more useful. like pullup bar and safety bars to limit movement towards feet. i gave it to my daughter when i bought a rack very much like the one you're showing. they truly are an asset. being able to make adjustments is great.
