Welcome to MC!!
I sure hope everyone here bodybuilding!!!
It's easy to talk about it but most important thing is to do it!!
I told my son in law yesterday, don't miss your workouts no matter what, get your target of 4 or 5 workouts in every week. I do 4 a week, I don't miss those 4 I have 7 days so I make them happen!!!
Good luck!!! Be accountable for yourself get that feeling back by repeatedly doing them that after a month or so u will feel guilt if u slack or miss a workout. Lol!! Worked for me for long time now!

If u search this forum u will find valuable info on anything from A-Z in diet, training, supplements, studies u name it.
Best way to get help is to start a thread on what u may need advice on.
Another thing is to start a thread of your training journal and committe to it. Putting your goals, workouts, diet etc...
And photos of current and keep up loading progress photo say 1x a week changes will be seen. Advice and input will be given, knowing u Gotta post In your thread will or can keep u on track knowing u Gonna committe to the journal thread.
Knowing your changes will be tracked and criticed but not judged can inspire u to stay accountable!!

Anything u need help with just ask, we can guide u to be successful again.
