2 cans pink salmon
2 tablespoons flour
2 large eggs (slightly beaten)
1 medium onion (diced)
salt and pepper

1 add salmon to a medium bowl (do not drain).
2 remove bones,add the flour,eggs,onion,and salt and pepper.
3 beat with an electric mixer until well incorporated.
4 in a large skillet heat enough oil to just coat the bottom of the pan.
5 with a medium spoon place salmon in the hot oil spreading them into round patties
6 let them cook on one side 10 minutes.
7 then flip cook 10 minutes.
